Privacy Policy

How Northwatch Solutions LLC handles your information.

This policy describes how Northwatch Solutions LLC (“Northwatch,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website, our client portal, and the services we provide. We offer it for transparency; it does not replace or modify the terms of any engagement, which are set out in your proposal, agreement, and invoices.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need: information you provide directly: your name, business, email, phone, and billing address when you inquire or engage us, and the records tied to your account, including invoices, proposals, estimates, receipts, payment status, and any retainer arrangement. When you visit our website or sign in to the portal, our hosting provider logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide our services, prepare and deliver invoices and documents, process and record payments, verify identity at portal sign-in, operate our website and portal, and meet our legal, tax, and professional obligations. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.

Service providers we rely on

We share information only with the providers that operate our services, each acting on our behalf and limited to its purpose:

We may also disclose information to our professional advisors when needed, or where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.

Cookies

Our public website uses only the minimal cookies needed for it to function. The client portal uses a secure, short-lived session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Security & confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and disclose it only as needed to provide our services or as required by law. Access to the client portal requires a one-time code sent to the email on file (we do not use reusable passwords), and inactive sessions time out automatically. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.

Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your engagement is active and afterward for the period required by applicable law and our professional and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices & California privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and to confirm what we have collected, subject to records we are required to retain. California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know, access, correct, and delete their personal information and to not have it sold or “shared” for cross-context behavioral advertising, which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children

Our website and services are intended for our business clients and are not directed to children under 16.
