These terms govern your use of the Northwatch Solutions LLC website and client portal. By using the site or signing in to the portal, you agree to them. The substantive terms of any engagement are set out in your proposal, agreement, and invoices, which control if there is any conflict.

Use of the site & portal

You may use the website for lawful, personal, and business purposes, and the portal for the named client and the representatives you authorize. You agree not to misuse either, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or disrupt their operation, or use them to infringe the rights of others. Keep your portal access secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Documents & payments

Invoices, proposals, estimates, and receipts made available through the portal are provided for your records. Amounts due, payment terms, and any retainer are as stated on the relevant invoice or agreement. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Intellectual property

The content, design, marks, templates, and materials on this site and portal are owned by Northwatch or its licensors. Documents we prepare for you are provided for your own business use; you may not otherwise copy, republish, or use our materials commercially without our written permission.

No warranty / not advice

The site and portal are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Information presented here is general and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
